Heartstone Communities acquired Colonial Hills MHC in 2021 and undertook a full revitalization, including new infrastructure, upgraded utilities, and the addition of 64 brand-new homes. Phase 1 was completed in early 2023, with homes sold directly to families to promote attainable homeownership. Phase 2 will add 75 more homes, continuing Heartstone’s mission of creating thriving, community-focused neighborhoods.
Acquired in 2022, Dayton MHC spans 144 sites where Heartstone Communities removed outdated homes, upgraded infrastructure, and delivered 103 new residences in Phase 1, completed March 2023. Phase 2, slated for completion in June 2024, will add more homes, improved roads, and enhanced stormwater systems continuing Heartstone’s mission of building safe, thriving communities for families.
Acquired in 2020, Woodland Hills underwent a full revitalization with outdated homes removed, infrastructure upgraded, and 85 brand-new residences delivered. Completed in May 2022, the project transformed a deteriorated property into a thriving community, achieving 100% occupancy and significantly improving quality of life for residents.
Heartstone acquired Willow Run in 2023, unlocking the potential of 162 sites. With infrastructure upgrades underway and 132 new homes planned, Phase 1 is on track for completion by November 2024. The project represents a major investment in Crestline and Mansfield, fostering accessibility and long-term community growth.
Purchased in 2023, Hunters Pointe has already welcomed 23 new homes and reached full occupancy in Phase 1. Phase 2, scheduled for Fall 2024, will expand the community with over 180 additional residences, bringing the total to 200+ homes. The project underscores Heartstone’s mission to create vibrant, family-focused communities in Massillon and Canton.
